Heart Map is a structured self-reflection tool that generates a personalised report based on your assessment responses. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or a clinical assessment, and it should not be used as a substitute for professional support.

You agree to answer honestly and to use Heart Map for your own personal reflection. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Don't use Heart Map to assess someone else without their knowledge or consent.

• The full report is a one-time purchase. Pricing is shown before checkout.
• Because the report is generated and delivered digitally immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the report has been generated. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
• Your report is for personal use. Please don't republish or resell it.

Heart Map's report reflects what your answers suggest. It is not a definitive statement about who you are, and we don't guarantee any specific outcome from using it. You remain the final authority on your own life.

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse our infrastructure, scrape content, or use Heart Map for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heart Map is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Heart Map after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
